On this date 59 years ago, the F4H-1 lifted off on her maiden flight.  Happy Birthday Phantom II!

Photographed is Bureau Number 151464, F-4B, from VMFA-531 flying out of Cubi Point, Philippines, in 1964, via the Robert Dorr collection donated to the F-4 Phantom II Society.
