QRF-4 Crash 17 July, 2013 - Tyndall - Tail Number and AF Number
QF-4 Crash 7 February, 2014 - Holloman - Tail Number and AF Number

The aircraft that crashed on White Sands National Monument has been identified as QF-4E 74-1629 AF-298

I could get a paper list from the unit when we visited Tyndall during the Phancon in October 2014. Here is the only info on it regarding the July 2013 dates you mentionned (and therefore likely candidates):

I confirm that AF-298 is also the only one with termination date 7-Feb-14 (at Holloman indeed).
