Desert Storm 3rd TFW F-4E Pave Tack Pod Info

Looking of reference to the 3rd TFW F-4E deployment during Desert Storm w/ Pave Tack pods.

There was an article in Smoke Trails by Craig LIghtfoot (RIP) about the mission and aircraft configuration.

Looking for the Smoke Trails article and any other info any one can supply for scale model project.
