Does anyone know who this pilot/back seater is?

Hello All,

Trying to see if anyone knows who this person is.  It was taken at the Billings Montana Airshow in either 1988 or 1989 ( I know, a long time ago).

I don't have any additional information on the unit/tail, etc, just hoping someone can VID them and pass it my way- I'm the kid on the ladder.
