F-4 pilot in the late Vietnam Air War period 1971 to 1973

Hi

I am putting together a manniquin depicting an F-4 pilot as to what he would be carrying on a typical combat mission over North Vietnam. Got most of the items including the survival packs etc. I do have a question regarding the evasion maps as to where they were conveniently stowed either in the survival vest or in the flight suit pockets. Also whether one kneeboard checklist was carried or two.
