Hawaii ANG F-4 64-0806 199th TFS

Hello Phantom Phanatics, just a question regarding the above mentioined F-4, I have a pic (see attached) that depicts it with four kill markings yet when I look in the kill history for Vietnam that particular F-4 does not appear to have any kills.  Was it the mount of a particular pilot for that unit who was in the war and achieved those kills?  If anyone has any answers please let me know, thanks.
