North Dakota F-4 with IR Head in front of Wind screen

I need pictures, info on the North Dakota F-4 that I think they mounted an F-106 IR Head in front of the windscreen. I think they submitted the idea to the Guard Bureau but don't think it was approved. Would like schematics if it was ever tied into the ICU and rear scope. Pictures would be nice and an email to talk with technicians who made it happen. Thanks Dave 106falcon
